Bookings
To secure your booking we ask for a 25% deposit with the remaining balance to be paid six weeks before the start of your stay. If your booking is within six weeks of the start of your stay the full balance is payable.
Cancellations
We appreciate that sometimes changes of plan may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Should you have to cancel your booking we will always try to re-let the cottage. If you cancel your booking more than six weeks before your intended arrival, we may keep the 25% deposit, but you will have no further liability. If you cancel six weeks or less before your arrival, you will remain liable to pay the balance of the agreed price in full. Cancellation insurance is not compulsory, but you are advised to take out insurance to cover this eventuality.
Non-availability
We would only cancel your booking if the cottage was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Arrival and Departure
Sunny Dene Cottage will be ready for you from 4pm on your date of arrival. On your departure we ask you please to vacate the cottage by 9:30am so that we have sufficient time to prepare the cottage for the next guests. The property must be left clean, tidy and all breakages must be reported to the proprietor.
Other Visitors
Although we are happy for you to have friends visit you, please note that Sunny Dene Cottage may not be used to accommodate anyone not mentioned on the booking form.
Smoking and Pets
There is a No Smoking policy at Sunny Dene Cottage. Pets are not permitted.
Liability
The proprietors shall not be liable to you or any other member of your party for any loss or damage to your property however caused. Guests must accept responsibility for the safety of their children.
Personal Data
Any information collected during the course of this booking maybe held on a computer.
