Welcome to Sunny Dene Cottage<\/h1>\n

Sunny Dene Cottage<\/b> is located in the tranquil North Norfolk village of Knapton<\/a> and just a mile and a half from Mundesley<\/b><\/a> with its award winning beach.<\/p>\n

Sunny Dene is a spacious brick and flint former farm building which has been lovingly restored into a luxury self-catering holiday cottage. The cottage interior is bursting with character and handcrafted touches.<\/p>\n

The flexible accommodation is ideal for couples, friends or families. Use the cottage as a base to explore the fantastic beaches and nature spots that the area offers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sunny Dene Cottage sleeps 6 and there is a cushion bed for a small child. There are three bedrooms \u2013 upstairs is one king size and one large single, downstairs one double and there is a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area. We have a bathroom upstairs and there is a well appointed shower room downstairs. The cottage has generous living and dining space and a well equipped kitchen. <\/span>On site parking<\/b> for one car is provided with plenty of nearby parking on the road at the front of the cottage. The <\/span>fast WiFi<\/b> is free to access for our guests. We are sorry but we do not accept pets.<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>North Norfolk coast<\/b><\/a> with its renowned sandy beaches, bird reserves and excellent sailing facilities is close by. <\/span>The Norfolk Broads <\/b>are within easy reach and Wroxham the acknowledged centre of the Broads network is about 10miles. The picturesque Georgian town of <\/span>Holt<\/b> is about 12miles and has excellent shopping facilities. Golf<\/strong> is available nearby at\u00a0 Royal Cromer, Sheringham, Mundesley and the Links at West Runton<\/span><\/p>\n

Sunny Dene Cottage owners, Nichola and Will, look forward to welcoming new and returning guests with a proper home-from-home experience and everything that\u2019s needed for a relaxing, rejuvenating break.<\/span><\/p>\n

Whether you want to snuggle by the woodburner, sit on the south facing patio and enjoy the stunning field views or go for walks in the\u00a0<\/span>Quiet Lanes<\/span><\/a>\u00a0or along the\u00a0<\/span>Paston Way<\/span><\/a>, Sunny Dene will be perfect.<\/span><\/p>\n
